Types of Membership

We offer our business associates two types of membership.

Premier: Premier Associates receive inbound calls from mileage plus members. Calls are in response to direct consumer marketing campaigns conducted by Loyalty Award Services and United Airlines Mileage Plus.
Loyalty Award Services has created a method (patent pending), of identifying Mileage Plus Program members with homes for sale. Loyalty Award Services will aggressively market to these members directing them to our consumer website or if they prefer, our customer service toll free number to obtain the contact information of the approved business associates in their market.

United Airlines has contractually agreed to aggressively market our program to their Mileage Plus members through email campaigns, mail inserts with their member summary statements, new member mailer packets and numerous other United Airlines marketing mediums including their Mileage Plus website. Approved Premier business associates will be featured in this advertising.
Premier business associates are obligated to purchase award miles for mileage plus members upon the closing of their transaction.

Initial enrollment fee for a lender business associate varies from $7,500 – $30,000. Cost of the award is 3.75 cents per mile which includes the award mile expense, federal excise tax, future marketing campaigns, operational and technical support, telephony expense and the general and administrative costs of Loyalty Award Services.

Select: Select Members prefer to do their own marketing but offer EasyMiles as an incremental marketing tool to influence consumer buying preferences.

Membership enrollment fee is $500. The expense is less than Premier membership because Select members pay their own marketing expense.
Award cost is 3 cents per mile.
