To ensure network stability, it is important that Business Associates we approve for participation in our program are mature, seasoned and skilled. If you are a business associate with integrity, professionalism and foresight and you meet the following requirements, we invite you to apply.

Premier Mortgage Lender

1. A minimum of 5 years experience
2. Employ a minimum of 6-8 loan officers
3. Currently close at least 25 loans per month
4. Three (3) wholesale references
5. Three (3) mortgage industry references, and
6. Three(3) Realtor references

Premier Realtor

1. A minimum of 3 years experience
2. Three (3) Realtor references
3. Two (2) title company references, and
4. Two (2) mortgage industry references

Select Business Associate
(Lender, Realtor, Moving & Van Line company)

1. A minimum of 2 years experience
2. Two (2) business references
3. Two (2) consumer references
