A native of Houston, Texas, Mike is easily the most famous member of the Loyalty Award Services team. Pro Football fans will recognize him as a former NFL Quarterback for the New York Jets and New England Patriots. He was the AFL starting QB in the All Star Game played in the Houston Astrodome in January of 1970. Mike earned the NFL "Comeback Player of the Year" award at the conclusion of the 1969 NFL regular season.

Mike's endeavors have taken him all around the country, living in Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Washington DC, California and of course his native Texas. He attended the University of Illinois, where he was co-captain of the Big Ten champion "Fighting Illini" football team, and a member of the All-American Academic Team. After graduation, and following his illustrious professional football career, he entered the residential mortgage lending industry.

His 30-year career in the industry was highlighted by 10 years with Countrywide, where he was most recently Executive Vice President. During his time with Countrywide, his duties included responsibility for Direct Consumer Nationwide Call Centers. He developed and managed several nationwide direct consumer marketing initiatives. Working directly with Airline Marketing Executives, Mike designed the firm's "Miles for Mortgage and Real Estate" frequent flyer award program.

In 2006, he became a Founding Partner of Loyalty Award Services. Making his home in Dallas, with his wife Kathy, Mike is an enthusiastic traveler with favorite destinations including Acapulco, Honolulu, Mexico, Miami, The Society Islands, London and Sao Paulo, Brazil. He particularly enjoys traveling to Honolulu where his daughter Kristin and her husband Jason live and in the fall to Miami where his daughter Tricia serves as head coach of the Miami Hurricanes women's soccer team. Mike feels blessed that his first daughter Kathleen, son-in-law Rick, and two granddaughters (Lauren and Emma) live across the street from him in Dallas.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Andy is the "Voice of EasyMiles TM," heard on the website (www.myeasymiles.net) and via telephone throughout the country. Andy earned an MBA degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and graduated Cum Laude with his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Texas and North Texas State University. A member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, Andy immediately entered the mortgage industry following graduation. Most recently Senior Vice President at Countrywide, his previous experience has included management of over 140 net branches throughout the U.S., the creation of his own mortgage firm and a wide variety of national and regional positions in the industry. In 2006, he became a Founding Partner of Loyalty Award Services. Making his home in Dallas after living in Newport Beach, California for 4 years, Andy spends just about all his free time with family. The Warrick clan is particularly enthusiastic about the outdoors with fishing, camping, Cub Scouts, Indian Princess, football, basketball and soccer all high on the activity list. Colorado is a favorite travel destination, with hiking and fishing on the summer agenda, and skiing as the activity of choice in the winter. Andy and his wife Tanya have a 9-year-old son and a 7-year-old daughter, as well as a dog, two guinea pigs, two fish and one bird.

A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Joanne spent most of her childhood in Illinois and Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado, Boulder earning a degree in Business Administration, Finance. Upon graduating, she immediately entered the mortgage industry. Two years later she joined Countrywide originating, processing and closing residential home loans. Her Countrywide career spanned 20 years and three states, California, Colorado and Texas, managing regional and national operations. In her most recent role as Executive Vice President, Operations for the Consumer Markets Division, she supported a nationwide retail branch network, and regional and central processing centers funding in excess of 70,000 loans per month. In 2006, she became a Founding Partner of Loyalty Award Services. A longtime resident of Allen, Texas she and her husband Dave are the proud parents of two teenage boys. She enjoys family time supporting their participation in lacrosse, golf, and horseback riding. Joanne's weekends are often spent cheering her son on at eventing competitions throughout Texas and Louisiana. Joanne enjoys snow skiing and travel. Favorite travel destinations include, Turtle Island (Fiji), England, Scotland, and Germany.

A native of Rankin, Michigan, Marty may enjoy the most diverse background of any of the managing partners of Loyalty Award Services. With a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business from the University of Georgia at Athens, Marty began his mortgage industry career in the traditional manner…becoming the youngest commercial Hot Air Balloon Pilot in the United States, a passion that he pursued for nearly a decade. With his time in the sky behind him, he ended up even closer to the stars, becoming a Hollywood-based publicist for such TV shows as Magnum P.I., Cagney and Lacey, live theatre and a variety of individual stars.

Following this, he spent several years in commercial real estate, before spending a decade at Countrywide, where his duties included those of Vice President of Telemarketing Consumer Direct Loan Production. Among his other responsibilities, he coordinated and co-created marketing efforts with both United Airlines and American Airlines for Countrywide's miles for mortgage program. He also created and managed that company's in-house Internet response department. He is also a small business owner, and has served as both Marketing Director and Board Member of The American Homeownership Foundation — a state and privately funded firm providing affordable housing opportunities in Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana and Missouri. In 2006, he became a Founding Partner of Loyalty Award Services. Making his home in Parker, Texas, Marty enjoys international travel, spending time with his family, golf and fine dining. He has traveled to Russia (to adopt son, Ian), France, the West Indies and Mexico among other destinations, noting that Anguilla, British West Indies at Cap Jaluca may be his favorite overall vacation spot. Marty and wife Lisa have a son and daughter.

A native of Tyler, Texas, Daron is the technological guru for EasyMilesTM and Loyalty Award Services, responsible for the website, telephony and all the high-tech gadgetry behind the scenes of this nationwide undertaking. Daron attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where he was a member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets and graduated with honors with studies in Civil Engineering and Management Information Systems. His post-graduate work was done at the University of Dallas, where he studied Telecommunications Management. After college, Daron enjoys a multi-faceted career that includes computer programming, software consulting and development. His primary business, Tall Trees Technologies received global recognition by becoming a finalist for IBM's Beacon Award. A real estate practice, playground construction, and most recently investment and financial services round out the ventures that keep him entertained. In 2006, he became a Founding Partner of Loyalty Award Services. With a home base in Plano, Texas, Daron has a diverse schedule of free time activities. He travels nationally with NASCAR as a race team chaplain for Dale Earnhardt, Inc., loves to collect and ride motorcycles, is very active with his church, and enjoys playing guitar as well as working out. A history buff, Daron particularly enjoys the historical sites of Boston, Philadelphia and Washington, DC.

Born, raised and educated in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Jim earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where he was a member of Pi Tau Sigma, the honorary Mechanical Engineering fraternity. Upon graduating in the top quarter of his class, he began his high-tech engineering career in the oil fields of West Texas where he worked on downhole drilling and completion equipment design. During his petroleum industry tenure as a design engineer he was issued a U.S. Patent for a Well Completion Valve. He then migrated to computer/information technology where he worked on such diverse projects as supercomputer analysis and programming, artificial intelligence programming and database design and engineering. In 1996, he founded his own firm, Tall Trees Technologies with fellow Loyalty Award Service Managing Partner, Daron Hickman. In 1999, Tall Trees Technologies was honored as a Finalist, Best Industry Solution in the IBM/Lotus Beacon Awards, a prestigious international competition. In 2006, he became a Founding Partner of Loyalty Award Services. Now residing in Plano, Texas, he enjoys dancing with his wife, reading history, particularly history of science and mathematics, and reports that he plays music badly although he still enjoys it. He particularly likes vacationing in Pensacola, Florida where he has found the clearest water and prettiest beaches. He also enjoys leisure time in his backyard, which backs up to a wooded area featuring feathered and furry woodland creatures ranging from bobcats to hawks. Jim and wife Lin have four grown children.

Born in Jackson, Mississippi, Joe grew up seeing the U.S.A., from Coral Springs, Florida to Plano, TX. After attending the University of North Texas, he joined Countrywide Mortgage, handling Strategic Telephony Call Center Operations, as well as support and troubleshooting of those areas for multiple branches of the company. Following that he worked with Cambridge Technology Partners, a top consultant to Fortune 500 companies for "Call Center" needs. His most recent responsibilities were at RealPage, Inc. where he developed all Telephony Operations and Programming for the firm as well as managing Call Center Architecture for 10,000 Toll Free numbers. In 2006, he became a founding Partner of Loyalty Award Services. Joe holds certifications in multiple telephony and call center technologies. Currently a resident of Frisco, Texas, he is active in the community and his church, enjoys sports, the study of new technologies, family outings to the beach and travel to Mexico. He and his wife Shannon have three children.
